New Patients

Welcome to Suburban Dental Associates. We assure you that you will be completely satisfied with not only your dental treatment, but your entire dental experience. Suburban Dental Associates is a family owned business that has been in the business of dentistry successfully for over 30 years.

  1. We understand that most patients come in the the following problems/questions:
  2. I haven’t been to the dentist in many years
  3. I had a terrible experience with one or more previous dentists involving pain, cost, and/or poor treatment.
  4. How much will everything cost?
  5. How long will it take?
  6. Will it hurt?
  7. I hate my smile

We also understand that you probably don’t like going to the dentist, you hate flossing, and find it hard to make time to go to the dentist. Keep in mind we treat people like you daily, and these same patients leave happy and confident after having visited us. This is what we do, we are very good at it, and we will get the job done at a reasonable cost which you will be aware of before treatment starts.

At any time feel free to press the “Ask the Dentist” button to have any specific questions resolved.

Intra oral pictures allow patients to see what's wrong, instead of just wondering/guessing. This process involved us using an advanced HD camera to take clear pictures of all your teeth in the mouth, allowing you to see what we see and make a more educated decision with regards to your treatment.

The entire office is completely digital with state of the art diagnostic techniques and restorative procedures. We are constantly upgrading the most up-to-date techniques and equipment while making sure that each and every dentist is constantly learning the latest techniques. Digital imaging allows us to see your x-rays of your teeth instantly with less than 10% of the amount of radiation.

More than just less radiation, digital imaging allows the patients to learn what the actual issues are with their teeth, rather than just being told a list of things need fixing.

We treat patients who have had terrible/traumatic experiences before on a daily basis. If you have not been to the dentist in a while due to anxiety reasons, we offer various different ways to help you remain relaxed before and during your visit. Some of these involve nitrous which can help relax you and also pre treatment medications that can help take the edge off. However, before you request anything, we highly recommend you come in for just a simple exam and cleaning first.

We take care of patients that come in shaking due to fear of what will happen next. One visit with us and you will realize that not only has dentistry evolved into a comfortable, modern, pain free era, but also that the dentists here at American Dental Care are far more educated and trained to handle your specific needs than the average dentist.

We pride ourselves on having the smartest patients in the field. This is because the most important part of dentistry and getting your teeth fixed is education. We have seen many patients who have had thousands of dollars worth of work done to there mouth and not know what was done. It is important to us that you learn what is getting done. For this reason, not only do we offer pre-treatment videos on iPads before you get your treatment done, but also on this site we have an entire online education link full of modern videos, recent research articles, and of course the famous “Ask the Dentist” button.

For example, if a dentist says you need a “Root Canal Treatment” what is the first thing that comes to mind? Is it “I heard that was extremely painful”? Or maybe “I heard that’s expensive.” Or most commonly “What is that and why do I need it?”. Normally you would just smile and nod at the dentist, go home, and loathe the day you need to get the treatment done because you don’t know what it actually is and you heard only bad things about it.

However, with American Dental Care, they will explain this to you in detail at the office, and after at home simply go to the “Online Resources” link, click “Root Canal Treatment”, and actually learn what it is. Worst case scenario, if you’re still not sure after your initial visit or before you treatment visit, there’s always the “Ask the Dentist” button. And with our dentists, as they are treating your tooth, you will feel nothing. Yes, nothing.

We are glad you made it this far. We understand it takes a lot to make the first step. We honestly believe that you will be impressed with our service. The next and final step is to make an appointment. Click the “Make an Appointment” tab or call us and our staff will be happy to serve you.

If at any time you have an issue with anything (including bills) let our staff know and we will fix it for you. We do not nickel and dime our patients and we also understand that bills especially with insurance can get confusing. However if at any time the issue cannot be resolved in the office, for example you feel embarrassed to make a complaint due to a staff member, dentist, or a bill in the office... Just click the amazing “Ask the Dentist” button and let us know. The owner of the practice will happily and quickly resolve your issue. He has been in the field of dentistry for decades and takes great pride in his work, his practice, and above all his patients. He does appreciate your feedback, whether positive or negative. If someone went above and beyond to help you out, also let him know so that that staff member or dentist will be properly appreciated.

Thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you!
